Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is already included in the rental price — there is nothing extra to pay on top. It is held as protection against loss, damage or excessive cleaning, and is returned to you after the event once the items come back in good condition.

• Table — 8 000 Ft/db (per table), of which 3 000 Ft is the refundable deposit.
• Pillows — 1 700 Ft/db (per pillow), of which 1 000 Ft is the refundable deposit.
• Picnic Mats — 3 500 Ft/db (per mat), of which 2 000 Ft is the refundable deposit.

Refund of the deposit always depends on the state in which the items are returned.

Care of Rental Items

The renter is responsible for all rented items from the time they are collected or delivered until they are returned and inspected. All rental items, including tables, chairs, pillows, decorations, backdrops, and other party equipment, must be returned:

• On the agreed return date and time.
• In the same clean and undamaged condition in which they were received.
• With all parts, accessories, and packaging (where applicable).

Normal wear and tear is acceptable. However, damage caused by misuse, negligence, stains, burns, tears, scratches, breakage, missing parts, or any other avoidable damage is the responsibility of the renter.

Security Deposit Refund

After the event, once the returned items have been inspected, the deposit portion of the rental price is paid back to you in full if all items are returned on time, clean, complete, and free from damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If any item is returned damaged, excessively dirty, broken, or missing, the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the amount of the deposit, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance.
